Question by Ver: Without stopping eating completely, what would be the best way to lose weight, eating as little as possible?
One of my friends is doing the “rice cake” diet. Another is doing a “yogurt diet” where that is all they will eat for a week to lose weight, and I need one. I don’t want to stop eating completely because then I’ll look malnourished haha. But honestly, I want to eat as little as possible, only one or two foods to rely on.

Eat salad with white meat chicken & fat free dressing. The more fiber, the more fat burns & fiber regulates digestion. Also, dont make the mistake of driving everywhere it’s unnatural. Walk as much as possible everyday & get some exersise. You have to sweat. Dont eat a lot of fat or sugar & no junk food or sweets. No red meat. Eat healthy & exersise all the time. Make it fun to keep it interestin like dance or something.
